We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter (name and email address) as well as technical data generated by your navigation (IP address, device type, pages visited). We do not collect sensitive data.

We use the data exclusively to send you informative communications about the Argentine property market, measure interest in the published contents and improve the experience on the site. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out based on your free, express and informed consent given when completing the subscription form, in line with article 5 of Law 25.326.
5. Retention
Data is retained for as long as your subscription remains active. If you unsubscribe, the data is removed from our active database within a maximum of thirty calendar days.

You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data, as well as to object to processing, by writing to privacidad@velmoriqo.com. The Access to Public Information Agency is the competent supervisory authority and you may file claims before it.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. The transmission of data over the internet is never completely foolproof; we do our best to reduce risks.
8. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or internal improvements. We will always publish the current version at this same address and update the last review date.
